Use Mindbody to view our class schedule, book/reserve a spot in one of our classs, make purchases on memberships or class packages, or modify reservations. You can access Mindbody by:
Going to the ‘Class Schedule’ tab above
Using the Mindbody app on your phone
Going to the Mindbody website

Dress comfortably in attire that is comfortable for working out.
Grip socks are required to participate in class. You can bring your own or purchase a pair in the studio.
Our studio has a water refill station, so be sure to bring your water bottle. We also offer reusable water bottles for purchase.
We provide complimentary towel service and offer amenities to cater to your post-workout needs.
FIRST TIME CLIENTS: Please arrive at least ten minutes before the start of class to meet your instructor, get a safety orientation and high level overview of The Lagree Method, and familiarize yourself with the equipment (Megaformer Pro).
Please understand that if there is not sufficient time to go over important information before class, the instructor may need to turn away first-time clients for safety reasons.
PARKING & RESTROOM: Please keep the following in mind when you plan your arrival to the studio to allow yourself ample time before class:
Parking at Town & Country Village may be busier during peak hours
Restroom is in the adjacent building

Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact full body workout specifically crafted to challenge you, using spring-loaded resistance and slow, controlled movements that engage multiple muscle groups simultaneously to promote muscle growth and fat burning.
Our classes are 45 minutes and the workout is performed on a machine called the Megaformer.
Lagree focuses on slow and controlled movements and is designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone muscles with the support of resistance variable spring tension.
Be ready to shake and sweat, feel sore after the workout, and get stronger with each session!

All class reservations must be canceled through Mindbody (website or app). Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before class without penalty.
If you cancel within 12 hours before class, you will lose your class credit. No exceptions.
NO-SHOW POLICY: If you do not cancel your class reservation and do not show up for class, you will incur a $35 no show fee and lose the class credit. No exceptions.

If you arrive 4 or more minutes after the class start time, your spot will be given to a client on standby.

All memberships are billed monthly on a recurring basis and automatically charged to the card stored on file.
No holds or pauses on memberships.
Classes do not rollover and are non-transferrable.
No refunds or exchanges.
To cancel your membership, we require a 30-day advance written notice. Please send an email to info@lagreefitnessclub.com to request cancellation 30 days prior to your next billing date.
For Founders Club Members: rate is locked in for life but if you cancel your membership, the promotional founding rate will no longer be available.
