What is Lagree?

Lagree, also referred to as the Lagree Method, is a high-intensity, low-impact full body workout that combines muscular endurance, strength training, and cardio and is performed on a machine called the Megaformer. Lagree focuses on slow and controlled movements and is designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone muscles with the support of resistance variable spring tension. It’s safe on joints, connective tissues and the spine. Structured to include a variety of exercises (e.g. squats, lunges, planks), this workout can be performed by all fitness levels—beginners to advanced and seasoned athletes.
