What is Lagree?

A workout for every body—it’s LAGREE, not Pilates!

The Lagree Method is a high-intensity, low-impact full body workout that combines muscle endurance, strength training, and cardio and is performed on a machine called the Megaformer.

This exercise technique focuses on slow and controlled movements and is designed to strengthen, tighten, and tone muscles with the support of resistance variable spring tension. It’s safe on joints, connective tissues and the spine.

Structured to include a variety of exercises (e.g. squats, lunges, planks), this workout can be performed by all fitness levels—beginners to advanced and athletes.
